Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Cleanzon, a company based in Lisbon, Portugal, specializing in removal, clearance, and cleaning services.

1. Services

Cleanzon provides removal, clearance, and cleaning services. Detailed descriptions of these services can be found on our website or provided upon request. By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Service Agreement

2.1. A service agreement is established upon acceptance of a quote provided by Cleanzon. This agreement includes the scope of work, fees, and any special conditions.

2.2. Changes to the scope of work or additional services requested after the agreement may incur additional charges.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Payments are due at the end of the service directly to the team, either by card (Multibanco) or in cash.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.

4.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the service, 30% of the total job value will be charged.

4.3. Cleanzon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of unforeseen circumstances affecting our team. Clients will be informed as soon as possible, and any prepayments will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled service.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients must ensure that Cleanzon staff have safe and clear access to the premises, including parking availability.

5.2. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and removing any items that may obstruct the service.

5.3. Clients must provide hot running water and electricity. Failure to provide these utilities may result in additional charges and rescheduling fees.

6. Liability

6.1. Cleanzon is insured for public liability. However, Cleanzon is not responsible for loss or damage to items not reasonably foreseeable or outside of the scope of the agreed services.

6.2. Clients must notify Cleanzon of any damages within 24 hours of service completion. Cleanzon’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Cleanzon is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR and Portuguese data protection laws.

7.2. Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and improving client experience. Our detailed Privacy Policy can be found on our website.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties.

8.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

9. Amendments

9.1. Cleanzon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

9.2. Continued use of our services after changes to these Terms and Conditions indicates acceptance of the new terms.
